I know how frustrating it feels to have new apps being installed into your smart phone without your permission. I first got it when i installed third party apps from the website and not from Google Play App Store. I have done it before but never have any problems until this happen to me. Apparently it is a malware where it gained control of your device to install new apps, you allows it when installing the apps.
So, lesson learned and never will i install apps from other than Google Play again. However, with this step maybe it will not be a problem anymore.

I've tried the below methods, but to no avail.
1. Install Anti-virus app. I installed Avast Anti Virus. Nothing detected.
2. Install Ads On Detector app. Maybe some background push notification enables the smart phone to install apps without permission. However, it fails to detect any problem.
3. Reboot smart phone. After all the backup and reset to factory setting process is done, as soon as i reconnect to the wi-fi, a new app being installed! another fail attempt.
I noticed before a new app is being installed, a screen with 'FirewallService' shows up for a few seconds. From what i've come to know from the internet is that this malware cannot be deleted or removed, it's been rooted into the device the moment it is allow to it access the device (hence, that's why Reboot fail to solve this problem because it's been altered, i don't know maybe the coding inside the system).
However, it occur to me one thing. Since it can't be removed, then you can only do one thing, to DISABLE it. And so i did this and that and walla my phone stop installing new apps, it's like magic!
Not going to waste time no more, so here it is. It worked for me and i hope it work for you too.

Steps to follow:
1. first, confirm that the 'FirewallService' is running at your system background. Go to the 'Running' tab of the 'Application Manager'. Setting> General> Application Manager> Running
2. If it shows up at the list of running apk, now go to 'All' tab at 'Application Manager'. Setting> General> Application Manager>All
3. find 'FirewallService' among the list and DISABLE it. Don't just 'Force Stop' it because it will run again on its own.
4. If you see 'TimeService' at the Running' tab in 'Application Manager', DISABLE it as well at the 'All' tab of "Application Manager'. This is a malware as well and contribute to the installing problem.

And that's it, new apps will not be installed to your device without your permission anymore! Just remember not to enable these thing and your device will be alright.
It work for me like magic, tell me if it work for you too.

WhatsApp New Update (2.11.186) Privacy Setting Not Working - Solved

WhatsApp in the recent update has introduced the ability for the users to hide their 'last seen' indication by enabling the option setting in the apps Privacy Settings. Although this feature is already available in iOS, but it is definitely an anticipating function for most of the Android users like me.

Now with this feature, your WhatsApp contacts will not be able to know the last time you send a text to others. Before the implementation of this function, when you happen to woke up 1.30am to release yourself in the toilet, and you just happend to browse the apps for some messages and you saw your significant other, boyfriend or girlfriend last seen was on 1.00am, it'll drive you crazy thinking the rest of your night to whom might he or she would be texting up to that hour! On the bright side, you know what he or she's been doing. Here i just taught you how to be a stalker. So to avoid of getting caught, this feature is most handy to hide your last seen.

However, people have been complaining about the feature of not being working. People had complained that when you set the privacy setting to 'nobody', instead of making your last seen invisible, all it do is that you can't see your friends' last seen but they still can see yours. However let me say this to you, it is working just fine. You just have to wait a minute for it to come to effect.

I have tried this with my friend, and it really do what it says, it hide my last seen from my friend's WhatsApp.
So this is what we do:

1. I set my last seen setting to 'nobody' and my friend's to 'everyone', so to confirm that regardless of if you are enabling the feature or not, the function are still working.

2. Now this is the trick, DO NOT CHECK THE OTHER PERSON'S LAST SEEN STRAIGHT AWAY. I bet the people who complained do this because i was that person myself. If you do this, your friend still can see your last seen and vice versa.

3. Instead, CLOSE THE APPS AND WAIT FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES. After that ask your friend to open the apps again and look at your contact for last seen. Your last seen is nowhere to be seen in your contact.

My thought is that, for the last seen to be invisible on the screen, it took time, i think one or two minutes.
So please try it with your friends and tell me if it's working.
